Back End Software Engineering

18-week course

 

Learn how to build software applications that perform the core, behind-the-scenes work. The Back End of any system receives requests from the front end and other applications and processes the request, reading and writing to a database, and responding with the appropriate data. In this course, you will learn the skills necessary to become a back end software engineer.

Learn how to build the visual pieces of an application or website that users see and interact with. This involves creating components that look good and provide functionality when a user interacts with them. It also consists of interacting with back end applications and displaying data in an aesthetically pleasing manner.
